Reformly is a class-planning tool for Pilates instructors. It is designed so that your data stays yours.
Nothing. Reformly has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising SDKs, and no tracking. We do not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal information. The app contains no third-party code that phones home.
Everything you create in Reformly — flows, teaching history, client profiles, notes, custom exercises — is stored locally on your device using Apple's on-device database.
If you are signed into iCloud and have iCloud sync available, your data may sync through your personal iCloud account so it appears on your other devices. That data is stored in your private iCloud container, governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. We have no access to it — no servers of ours are involved.
Client profiles (names, notes, safety considerations) exist only on your device and your personal iCloud. You are responsible for what you record about your clients and for complying with any professional obligations that apply to you.
Upgrades are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see your payment details. Apple provides us no personally identifying information about purchasers.
PDF, CSV, backup, and share-link exports are generated on your device and go only where you choose to send them.
Reformly is a professional tool and is not directed at children under 13.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new date.
