Terms of Use

Reformly · Last updated 4 July 2026

By downloading or using Reformly you agree to these terms and to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which governs your license to the app.

What Reformly is

Reformly is a planning and reference tool for Pilates instructors. It helps you build, organise, and teach class sequences.

Professional responsibility

Reformly is not medical advice and does not replace professional training or judgment. Exercise descriptions, cues, safety tags, and suggested modifications are reference material. You are solely responsible for assessing whether any exercise is appropriate for a particular client, for working within your certification and scope of practice, and for your clients' safety.

Purchases

Optional one-time upgrades are sold through the App Store and are governed by Apple's payment and refund policies. Purchases unlock features on the Apple ID that bought them and can be restored on new devices via "Restore Purchases".

Your content

Flows, notes, client profiles, and custom exercises you create belong to you. They are stored on your device (and your personal iCloud, if enabled) — see the Privacy Policy. Keeping backups of important data is your responsibility; the app's export tools exist for exactly that.

Acceptable use

Don't reverse engineer the app, resell its content library, or use it to violate any law or professional obligation.

Warranty and liability

Reformly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from use of the app or reliance on its content, including client injury during classes planned with it.

Changes

These terms may be updated; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. The current version always lives at this address.
